SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: One in five New Yorkers are spending $1,000 or more on gifts this holiday season. Meanwhile, 40 percent, up from 35 percent a year ago, say they were doing at least half of their holiday shopping online. All of this data comes from a recent survey conducted by the Siena College Research Institute. Joining Solomon to talk more about this year's numbers is the director, Don Levy.
