Each year, thousands of people from across the country travel to Paris, Tennessee for what's touted as the "World's Biggest Fish Fry."
For an entire week, revelers come to enjoy the parades, carnivals, rodeos, pageants, arts and crafts and, of course, all-you-can-eat eat fried fish.
The entire gathering centers around the Robert E. "Bobby" Cox Memorial Fish Tent, where it's estimated that five tons of catfish is served.
The first "Fish Fry" was held in 1953 by the Paris-Henry County Chamber of Commerce, and it continues to grow in size and fame.
The "World's Biggest Fish Fry" is a premier tradition that celebrates the people of Paris-Henry County.
