Andrea Stewart-Cousins joins In Focus to talk about making history as the first woman, and woman of color, to become the New York State Senate Majority Leader. She talks about breaking the glass ceiling in the Senate, and why it took so long for this to happen.  Stewart-Cousins speaks about changing the face at the top of the state’s famous “three men in a room” approach to deal-making, now that one of the men is a woman, and two are people of color.
