SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: Governor Andrew Cuomo laid out an aggressive legislative agenda in January's state of the state address. By the end of session about a week ago, the Senate and Assembly had delivered on most of it — likely propelled by a Democratic control in both chambers at the Capitol for the first time in a decade. We'll hear from some area lawmakers for their take on the bills that did and did not make it to the governor's desk. But first, one party rule is becoming more widespread across the country.
