Many Americans say race relations in the U.S. are bad and of those, about 7 in 10 say things are getting worse, according to a 2019 survey by the Pew Research Center. As we observe Black History month across the country, now might be the perfect time to bridge that gap and learn more about that culture perhaps by enjoying a show at the local theater. In Texas, the story of Harriet Tubman hit the stage as a dance drama featuring lead dancer and artistic director of the Desert Dance Theater, Renee Davis.
