Harlem ambassador Musa Jackson joins “In Focus” to discuss his plans for a reboot of the 1969 Harlem Cultural Festival.

Jackson was featured in the Oscar-winning documentary “Summer of Soul” and attended the original Harlem Cultural Festival in 1969. He recounts his emotional experience at the event.

The festival is scheduled for the summer of 2023 at the now-Marcus Garvey Park, the same park that hosted the original festival.

Organizers have planned a year-long series of events, including film screenings and musical performances.
