Manhattan Assemblywoman Linda Rosenthal celebrated Jewish American Heritage Month.

As the daughter of Jewish Immigrants, Rosenthal discussed her parents’ journey to flee Nazi Germany in the 1930s.

The Anti-Defamation League reports a 39% increase in antisemitic incidents in New York last year, the highest in the country.

Manhattan saw 195 antisemitic incidents in 2022, the highest number of the five boroughs.

Rosenthal explained what needs to be done to address the continued rise and how she’s protecting those in her district.

She also discussed the importance of Holocaust education in schools.
