Vulcan Society President Regina Wilson joined "In Focus" to discuss diversity in the FDNY.

Wilson discussed the Vulcan Society lawsuit against the department, which is an effort to increase diversity and inclusion.

She said not enough has been done since Mayor Eric Adams signed diversity legislation last year.

Wilson also condemned previous leadership and said her faith is in the current city administration to help the FDNY further increase its diversity numbers.
