Department of Correction Commissioner Louis Molina joined "In Focus" to discuss prisoner rehabilitation.

Molina explained the various people who help Department of Correction inmates with their rehabilitation. Services can include helping inmates with their studies.

He also discussed the numerous advocates who are calling on officials to close Rikers Island.

Finally, the commissioner said what he wishes to accomplish before the next federal hearing in November.
