Yolanda Lezama-Clark, the president of the Carlos Lezama Archives and Caribbean Cultural Center, joined "In Focus" to talk about some history of the West Indian American Day Parade in Brooklyn.

Lezama-Clark talked about her book chronicling her father's legacy and how the parade was brought to the borough.

She also discussed how the Carlos Lezama Archives and Caribbean Cultural Center preserves Caribbean art and culture for generations to come.
