The Lima Chamber of Commerce hosted six of Ohio’s big businesses leaders for a roundtable event to learn more about the climate of Ohio businesses.

In Focus host, Mike Kallmeyer, hosted the roundtable and sat down with panelists to get a closer look at some of the issues raised during the event.

Inflation and worker retention remain some of the biggest challenges facing Ohio businesses owners. Panelists also described what Ohio has done well especially with recent manufacturing investments like Intel and Honda. The state’s leaders said all eyes are on Ohio, and it’s just the beginning.
