After the bustle of holiday deals on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Tuesday is a day to give back. It is known as Giving Tuesday, a global movement meant to encourage others to be giving. Elyria Mayor FrankWhitfield has spent much of his career focused on serving others. He talks with Mike Kallmeyer about why it is important to give back.
