Yolanda Lezama-Clark shared her father's legacy in helping to create the West Indian American Day Parade Carnival and said it actually originated in Harlem before being moved to Brooklyn.
She said she's using her father's archive to memorialize the work he's done to bring Caribbean culture and history to the forefront of the city. Lezama-Clark also explained what's changed for Carnival in the last almost 60 years since it began.
