Councilmember James Gennaro talked about resiliency in Queens and how the current infrastructure is not good enough to hold for the next storm.

He explained the area's sewer system and how the flooding from storms happens. Gennaro said the city is not reaching its emission goals, but he praised the current administration for its efforts to move the city to a greener place.
