Fire Commissioner Robert Tucker talked about FDNY recruitment and how the FDNY High School graduates can become EMT's.

He also discussed the need for more diversity in the department and what Assistant Commissioner Jim Harding is doing to help the FDNY get there.

The commissioner shared his plans to lead the department and emphasized the respect he has for each FDNY member, no matter how big or small the role, he says.
