NYC Chief Information Security Officer Kelly Moan says there are suspicious cyber events every week and described how the city prepares to withstand each of them.

She explained what the Joint Security Operations Center does and said multiple city agencies work together to stay cyber resilient.

Moan said it can be easy to fall into phishing scams and provided tips on how to avoid being a victim.
