State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli said, beyond the presidential election, there are other important elections where he believes each person’s vote will make a difference.

He urged New Yorkers to take advantage of early voting.

DiNapoli said transparency in government is lacking and there cannot be accountability without it.

He also commented on his office’s recent MTA financial health report and discussed how the agency is currently struggling due to a number of factors.
