Brooklyn State Assemblymember Rodneyse Bichotte Hermelyn talked about how minority and women-owned business enterprises (MWBE) hit a second record-breaking year after legislation and efforts from both local and state electeds.

She compares how MWBE's performed decades ago versus today and says the improvement is thanks to funding and support from city agencies.
