Citymeals on Wheels volunteer programs senior director Vivienne O’Neill said Sen. Gillibrand is fighting for more funding and discussed how funding has changed since the pandemic.

She explained how Citymeals finds its clients and said they are providing not just meals, but social interactions and human contact.

O’Neill also shared some lessons learned from the pandemic and discussed how food insecurity has increased over the years and what the organization is doing to meet those goals.
