Metropolitan College of New York President Dr. Charles Gibbs says DEI programs are under attack across the country, including universities and the workplace.

Dr. Gibbs said he believes DEI programs help bring people together from different backgrounds and ideas. He shared the history of the college, saying it was founded on the idea of social justice and equality.

He also detailed his plans to expand that vision under his tenure as MCNY’s president and shared what he would like to see happen next for the campus and its students.
