Author Gloria Browne Marshall discussed why the Equal Rights Amendment hasn’t been ratified in the Constitution yet.

First proposed in 1923 and again in 1972, Browne Marshall describes in her book, releasing in April, the number of reasons it hasn’t moved forward.

Browne Marshall also talked about reproductive rights and said New York doctors are receiving threats from other states banning abortion care, because New York doctors are prescribing medication over telehealth causing legal confusions.
