Actress Kara Young received a 2024 Tony Award for her performance in last season’s revival of “Purlie Victorious.” 

This season, she’s back on the New York boards — this time Off-Broadway at MCC in Table 17, directed by Zhailon Levingston. 

Young and Levingston recently stopped by the “On Stage” studio to chat with host Frank DiLella about Table 17.
