KENTUCKY — On this week's program, we are celebrating and highlighting Kentuckians making Black History achievements and milestones

In Louisville, the new year started a new era for the history at the Louisville Urban League.

Dr. Kish Cumi Price succeeded Sadiqa Reynolds as the league's new President and CEO as Reynolds stepped down from the position in 2022.

During this In Focus Kentucky segment, Dr. Price explains how her passion for uplifting black and brown communities led her to this role.

We also share details about Lexington's African American Heritage Walking Tour which has re-started for the first since 2019. This tour covers a walking distance of 1.7 miles.
